Hori Tomoaki
Tomoaki Hori joined Silver Lake in 2023 and currently serves as a Customer Service Manager in the Client Relations team. He oversees the day-to-day operation of the client service framework and service standards, coordinates the resolution of key client matters, and continuously improves service processes and response protocols. He also helps manage account-related support to ensure client communication workflows and compliance requirements are implemented effectively across the team.
Mr. Hori graduated from the School of Commerce at Waseda University, where he studied finance, corporate analysis, and international economics, building a strong analytical foundation. Prior to joining Silver Lake, he worked at Warburg Pincus as an Investment Analyst, supporting overseas market research. His responsibilities included organizing industry and company research materials and analyzing financial data, giving him hands-on exposure to global research processes and compliance requirements.
